We have a ground floor room that is wheelchair accessible and boasts an ensuite with handrails and easy access shower. Our ground floor room may be booked as a family room, twin or double.

A large print breakfast menu is available. Guide/Hearing dogs are welcome.

Arrival & Departure
Check in from 16:00 - 22:00. Check out by 10:00.

Guests may check in between the hours of 16:00 and 22:00 on their day of arrival - please let us know when you think you will arrive so that someone can be there to greet you. If you would like early or late check-in then please arrange this with us before-hand.
If you have booked online, please bring your booking confirmation with you. All guests should ensure that they bring with them some photographic proof of ID (passport, driving licence or identity card) as we may need to see this when checking you in.
Checking Out
Check-out is between the hours of 7:30am and 10:00am. Early or late checkout can be arranged with us. Your bill must be settled with us prior to checkout and room-keys returned.
Guests must vacate their rooms by 10:00am on their day of departure so that rooms can be prepared for new guests.
Luggage
All rooms contain wardrobes where guests may store luggage during their stay. If you have any valuables, you may want to arrange for us to place these in our safe.
Guests checking out may leave their luggage with us* while they are out for the day (subject to availability). You must arrange this with us before-hand and give us a time for you to collect it.
* All left luggage is left at the owner's risk and is subject to search if it comes under suspicion.

During Your Stay
The hotel is strictly non-smoking throughout all interior areas.
All facilities and services are subject to availability.Children & Babies
Atholl Lodge is a family hotel and children and babies are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. The maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1 (single rooms are unable to accommodate baby cots). Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed at time of booking.
Baby-sitting is available by arrangement. Highchairs, cots and a selection of games are available. Children are welcome to play in both the guest lounge and the garden.
Parents should ensure that young children are supervised at all times and any noise or mess is kept to a minimum for the comfort of our other guests - particularly after 9:30pm when other guests may be retiring for the night. Guests without children should try and remember that children are naturally lively and sometimes a little noisy!
Car Parking
Parking is available to the rear of the property in a gated enclosure. Overnight guests can park for free during their stay.
Additionally, free on-street parking is available on Elmdon Road.
Internet Access
Atholl Lodge is wi-fi enabled and the internet may be accessed using a lap-top or net-book with wireless internet capabilities. Access keys for the internet are displayed in the bedrooms.
We offer our guests free internet access (subject to fair usage and availability).
Breakfast
Guests on a bed&breakfast rate: a serviced breakfast with fresh tea, coffee, cold buffet and cooked to order menu is in operation between 7am and 9am on weekdays, and 8am to 10am on weekends. If you require an earlier or later breakfast then you are welcome to help yourself to cereals, fruit and drinks from the buffet area before 11.30am.
If breakfast is not included in your room rate, then a continental or English breakfast may be purchased as an extra.
Evening Self Catering
We have provided basic self catering facilities (comprising a fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, glassware and utensils) in the dining room, which guests may use to prepare their own simple evening meals.
We kindly ask that guests do not eat food in their bedrooms as this can cause soiling of the linens & soft furnishings, and unpleasant or strong smells linger.
Cleaning
All common areas of the hotel and bedrooms are cleaned daily. Fresh linens will be prepared for your arrival.
For longer staying customers, linens are changed at the end of each week or whenever the linens become soiled (whichever is soonest).
Green Towel Policy
A green towel policy is in operation. If you need your towels changing then please leave the old ones on the floor!
Animals & Pets
Two retired racing greyhounds reside at Atholl Lodge. We are very sorry, but we do not accept guest's pets or other animals at Atholl Lodge (with the exception of guide/hearing dogs).

For telephone bookings we accept payment at the hotel via cash, cheque or credit or debit card. For internet bookings payment for one night of your stay is made in advance using one of the following cards:

The balance of your bill is payable at the hotel prior to departure.
Deposits
A deposit of equivalent value to the first night of your stay is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations
If You have paid a Booking Deposit (always equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation or service) or the full amount of Your Booking:
If You cancel Your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on your booking confirmation a charge equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation or service will be levied.
If You need to cancel Your Booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time a full-refund will be given (subject to terms & conditions).Amendments
To amend or Cancel Your Booking, call us directly on (UK) 0121 707 4417. If you amend Your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, and as a result You cancel any room night with less than 48 hours notice a charge equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation (or Service) will be levied.
