• We will require a small deposit to guarantee your booking.

• You may check in from 4pm (flexible with prior arrangement),
but please do let us know when you will arrive so we can make sure that someone can greet you.

• We are sorry but we do not accept pets, excepting guide dogs.

• Please let us know if you have any allergy or dietary requirements, so that we can try our best to accomodate your needs.

• Breakfast is served between 7am - 9am on weekdays, and 8am - 10am bank holidays and weekends.

• Please check out of your room before 10.30am on day of departure so that we can make the room beautiful for the next guests.

• You may leave luggage with us but please be sure to arrange this in advance.

• Booking may be cancelled 24hrs in advance of your arrival date, in the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24hr notice an advance equivalent to the cost of one night's accomodation will be charged.
